I can't view the 360° Virtual Tour - why? |

To view a 360º Virtual Tour you must have Firefox or Microsoft Internet Explorer. You must also make sure you have your browser ‘Java Enabled’. If you cannot view the Java based panoramas, simply follow the link and we will guide you through the process of enabling your browser.
NOTE : Windows XP users may need to download and install the MS Java. To download MS Java please click here. |

How do I view a 360° Virtual Tour? |
|
To rotate the photograph, click on the centre of the image (left mouse button) and drag the picture in the direction you wish to look, all the time keeping the mouse button depressed. |

Why does the image not rotate smoothly? |
|
How smoothly an image rotates is a function of the display size of the Virtual Tour and the processing power of the computer your viewing it on. If you are using an older computer the image may not rotate smoothly due to the limitation of the processing power of your computer. |

Can I zoom in and out? |
|
Yes you can. On each of our products there are intructions on how to zoom. |

What is a hotspot? |
|
A hotspot is a link within the 360° panoramic image itself, usually to another image. By linking a number of 360º images together in this way you can provide your clients with a ‘walk though’ tour of your hotel, museum, factory etc enabling them to move from one location to the next at their own pace. |

Can I link a 360° image to anything other than another 360° image? |
|
Yes. Hotspots can also be used to link to other web pages. For example, the viewer could link to a web page containing further information on an item or person within a 360º Virtual Tour simply by clicking on it, him or her. |

How long will the 360° Virtual Tour take to download? |
|
30 seconds across a 56.6Kbps connection. Unless otherwise specified by the client our standard 360º images is never more that 150k.
At 360º Virtual Factory we pride ourselves on producing crisp, clear, high quality 360º virtual tours with fast download times.
We have yet to see any 360º panoramic views of equal quality with smaller file sizes. If you have, be sure to let us know and we will try even harder! |

What are the advantages of a 360° Java based Virtual Tour over a 360° QuickTime Virtual Reality? |
|
The main advantage is that there is no need to download and install a ‘Plug-In’. In the vast majority of cases the viewer will be able to view the 360º Virtual Tour without the need to do anything to their browser set up. |

|
The image quality of a 360º Java based virtual tour is slightly lower than that of a 360º QuickTime Virtual Reality. |

Can I use 360° Java based Virtual Tour on a CD presentation? |
|
Yes you can, but we would not recommend it. QuickTime offers too many advantages over Java in this situation so we would always recommend using QuickTime. |
